8:12 AM 21/09/2008 - YAY for PS3!
There's lots of changes going on at work for me, though I'm not going to type them all up here because it's too complicated. Basically I'm not sure what job I'm going to have at work for the next few weeks. I have a job, just not sure what... So I shall put a post up when I know!
Oh, we got a PS3! A.J. just said to me last weekend "Hey... we should get a PS3 this weekend," so I replied, "Ok". Then we got one. I had a $25 voucher for BestBuy so we went there and got 6.25% off the price (yes I calculated it on the way over there). I find it funny how paying part cash and part card makes the transaction seem cheaper... though I wasn't thinking that at the time.
I like the PS3 quite a bit. It's huge though! I wonder how many years it will be untill they shrink the thing down like they did with the awesome PS2 that I can throw around without damaging my arms. We only have a few games for it right now. We'll be getting more when they're cheaper... it's rare that we buy expensive games. I want A.J. to get Metal Gear Solid 4 because love watching him play it. I have Assassin's Creed and played that for an hour and it seems really fun and challenging. I want to finish my Hitman games first though which are also stealthy actiony games. Unfortunately I'm on the first of 3 so it'll be a while... I'll probably give up on that idea within a month or two to be honest.
I go on the bus every week day and on the journey I go over the River Valley. Right now the view there is so pretty - all of the autumn trees make the entire scene warm colours. I want to take a picture to show to my parents before it's too late, so I'm hoping that A.J's parents may be able to drive over there for me and let me take a couple. It's only a minute drive away, it's just kind of a pain to turn around on the other side of the river!
I am working on a page of Sims 2 paintings. Are you tired of the plain old paintings that your Sim seems to always choose? Well get them up to high enough creativity and you can use these paintings with the custom painting option! YAY! All of the paintings are from my sister's painting website. I thought she'd be happy that I gave her a bit more advertising anyway, plus they're the best for the purpose.
