Just fill out the fields in the form below, click Submit and I shall look over your site very carefully and decide whether it should be given an award! There are three categories: Cute, Great layout and Great content; tick each one that you would like an award for. If I decide that your site should be given an award, you can tell me the dimensions of the award that you would like and I shall create an award based around the layout of your site. This is the only website that I have seen that gives personalised awards that show the layout of the winner's site on them! I think it makes the award much more personal, plus I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment! Oh, and because the awards depict your layout, you can re-apply when you change your layout under either "cute" or "great layout".
